Customer Service Agreement Effective Date: 7/29/2025 1. Services We provide at your request: Security & Accounts (account recovery, password manager, 2FA, identity‑theft monitoring, digital legacy), Device Setup & Troubleshooting (new device, data migration, OS tune‑up, malware removal, diagnostics), Backup & Organization (photo cleanup, file/cloud setup, email rules, backup plans), Networking & Smart Home (Wi‑Fi, smart devices, printer setup, LANs), Family & Kid‑Safe Tech (parental controls), Coaching & Cost Savings (training, plan reviews, consulting). 2. Response & Scheduling • Remote emergencies: response in 2 hrs (M–F 8 am–6 pm) • Standard remote: within 1 business day • On‑site: scheduled within 1 business day • Holidays/weekends may vary 3. Rates & Billing • On‑site: $125/hr (1‑hr min) • Remote: $100/hr (30‑min min) • Emergency add‑on: +$50 flat • Travel: $1/mile beyond 15 mi • Billed in 15‑min increments • No sales tax 4. Payment & Cancellation • Due at service delivery • Jobs > 4 hrs: 25% deposit • Cancellations <24 hrs or no‑shows: $50 fee 5. Customer Duties You must provide accurate credentials, necessary hardware/software, maintain your own backups, be present during sessions, and accept inherent risks of software/config changes. 6. Exclusions & Liability We do not hack or bypass provider terms, guarantee recovery without backup, offer legal/financial/medical advice, or perform hardware repairs beyond diagnostics. Services are “as is”; max liability equals fees paid. No indirect or consequential damages. 7. IP & Confidentiality Custom scripts/configs remain our IP; you receive an internal‑use license. We will not store/share your credentials. Access requires your consent. Service notes may be anonymized for training. 8. Force Majeure & Disputes Not liable for delays beyond control (e.g., outages, disasters). Disputes go to mediation first; venue is Ouachita Parish, LA. 9. Term & Termination Effective until 7 days after either party’s written notice. Termination does not waive payment for completed work. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
